Maritime transportation and taxi to and from the hotel. Maritime transportation will be at the ferry or speedboat, depending on the schedule, as long as weather conditions permit.

Harbourmaster not allow the use of private boats during evening hours. All transfer services must accommodate to the ferries schedules.
Last ferry Chiquilá - Holbox is at 8PM. The last shuttle from Cancun (from the airport or from your hotel) will be departuring at 5:00PM
First ferry Holbox - Chiquilá is at 7AM. First hotel pick up in Holbox will be at 6:15AM
If your flight leaving Cancun Airport is between 5AM y las 11AM, we strongly recomend return to Cancun 1 night earlier. For your confort we could help you with a hotel in Cancun.

3 DAYS BEFORE: 50%.
2 DAYS BEFORE: 100%.
In not submitted during the date and time of the appointment, without notice, the service is considered No Show.
In case of a hurrican situation officially announced by mexican authorities, the companie will reimburse 90% of the total payment.
